Photo thumbnail and temp full images are not updated on export to same file overwrite.
If you export and overwrite a file that is open or in the album, the saved export changes do not show until you restart the application. Clicking around to alternating folders does not show the changes, nor does the program know to update when saving over the same file being viewed. In fact in the viewer it often shows the pre-exported image after you change it in some way such as cropping. Pressing space until you land over does make the program update without having to restart but does not change the thumbnail from changing once clicking on Photos again. If you resize the Photos app it has the same effect.
