Add support for Live Photos from Apple devices.

iOS devices now have the ability to take moving photos called Live Photos.

The Live Photos are simply a JPEG and a Quicktime MOV.

Several projects have implemented support for these Live Photos and libraries are readily available, see:

Given the popularity of iOS devices for photography, support for these should be added to Photos.
