Save currently-viewed-photo state

1. Open Photos
2. Open a specific photo
3. Close the window
4. Re-open Photos

Expected: The app re-opens on the photo I was previously viewing, like Files, Videos, Music, etc.

Actual: The app re-opens on the overview.
