Support RAF RAW format from Fuji cameras

When trying to import these files from a camera, Photos gives this error

"n files failed to import due to a file or hardware error"

I have tried importing the files from a memory card, and from a local folder in my home directory as well.

During testing, I also discovered that the RAF files work great with the latest DarkTable(AppImage). This might mean that we just need to have a new version of whatever RAW parsing library we use.
