The item's selection button does not work after dragging an item

The steps to reproduce this issue are the following:

1. Drag an item and drop it anywhere.
2. Now try to select any item clicking the selection button.

Instead of the item being selected, it is activated. And once you return from the single photo view, the selected item is not the one you just visited, but the one previously dragged.
