Destructive mode
Please add a preference option where edits to images are instantly permanent. Or a save changes button which will do the same.
I'm not a pro photographer: I just take family snaps which I manage with Photos / Shotwell on my PC. The Photos library folder synchronised (via BtSync) with a NAS. From which PLEX on my TV can pull and display my photos.
Most of the photos don't need editing, but those that do have to be exported to an edit folder and then copied back one at a time to the Photos library folder. Which is a bit of a pain.
I know that non-destructive editing reduces the risk of messing up during the editing, but to be honest I'm prepared to take the risk for the sake of simplicity and convenience. It'd be nice to just have the option.
