Event View: re-scanning of an unmounted drive (Photo App)

When you have your pictures on an unmounted drive, for example your windows NTFS partition (in my case). If you launch the photo App, then it will just delete all your photos (previously added when the drive was mounted) from the Photo app DATABASE. Then if you come back later with your mounted drive you will have to rescan everything from zero :(

Poposed solution:

• if a drive is unmounted keep the information in database or give an option in preferences -mount automatically drives
