Event View: Date ordered logically (Photo App)

I found it strange the dates are not starting from the 1st of the month in the list..

In an agenda the months always start with the 1st.

I would have it like this : Years from 2015 => 1980 Month from January => December Days 1st => 31st

USer case: I want to show my photos from my trip in Amazonia. I remember it was in July 2015... I click on the left menu 2015 then July Then I can start from the BEGINNING of my hollidays the 1st of July and go on to the 20th of August
