Remove unnecessary "Loading Shotwell" dialog & improve related UX

There's a dialog that appears when loading Photos/Shotwell that is entirely unnecessary (see attachment).

We ideally should show the main window as quickly as possible and migrate the "loading" (or any delay in showing the library) into the main interface as a progress indicator somewhere.
