Stop suffixing builds with rc

What Happened?

We currently suffix builds with “rc”. Some people get real upset about that being including in final releases

Expected Behavior

We should probably just stop suffixing builds with “rc”. I think the original intent was to distinguish between released builds and internal builds but in practice we never change the file names before publishing. I think most people don’t care about this, but some people are really vocal about thinking it’s a mistake or somehow means releases are lower quality or something
