ARM UEFI image

Since more and more ARM devices now have EDK2 UEFI firmware, is it possible to release a universal ARM UEFI image?

Just to update the current status here: we currently have daily builds that I believe are working for this. I'm building new metapackages right now so we should start having monthly rc builds starting November 1st
