Double lock screen
Each time when I open my laptop (sleep mode) I have double lock screen:
- first lock screen
- unlock it
- screen had blink
- second lock screen
- unlock it too
- successful enter to system
@terrakok Switchboard is the System Settings app and so is not directly related to this issue. I've transferred it to the OS repo for now to keep it open, but am not sure if it's caused by the greeter or some other issue.

I think this is pantheon's issue.
This sounds like a problem with light-locker and/or lightdm. There are some similar reports floating around.
Similar issue with the lock screen showing twice when waking the PC (desktop) from suspend mode. The time between the first unlock and the lock screen showing for the second time differs from almost instantly to a couple of seconds (longest waiting time was about 10 seconds I guess). Using:
- OS: elementary OS 5.1.2 Hera x86_64
- Kernel: 5.3.0-40-generic
This happened from the start using a clean installation. Scenario is a bit different though than the original post and it doesn't reproduce 100% (more like 90%). Please let me know if more specific information is needed (versions, log files of different libraries) to be able to investigate.
Might be coincidence: I noticed a few times that the network connection seems to be disabled/not ready yet before the second lock screen and ready after.
Update: correlation with the network connection seems to be strong. If the network connection is not available when logged in it will show a second logon screen when it (the network connection) becomes available.
