Input boxes stops working randomly
ElementaryOS randomly stops you to write things through the keyboard. What is strange is that keys not related to input (e.g. the Winkey, shortcuts, ...) work fine even if all input boxes that requires text stop to work.
No particular applications or configurations seems linked to this bug.
The only way to temporary fix this problem is to reboot the OS or to log out and log in again.
I'm using the up-to-date version of Elementary. The problem starts roughly not before than two weeks ago.
Thanks for reporting! Does the mouse / touchpad still function? Can you press buttons, focus input fields etc?
Can you still type in a virtual console? Remember how to switch back before you switch! You can switch to the first by pressing: Ctrl + Alt (+ Fn) + F1. You can switch back by pressing Ctrl + Alt + F7.

The mouse and the touchpad work fine. I can press buttons, but I think it doesn't focus on input fields at all.

I didn't try. As soon as the problem re-appears I'll write the result here (usually it happens 3-4 times/week).
Update: I can type in a virtual console. The problem seems temporarily fixed when I switch back from the console. Also, I tried to move between elements, reaching the input box focus through the keyboard pressing tab, but it doesn't work either. I also confirm that the input boxes can't be focused (blue border while focused doesn't appear).
