Consider mutter!1441 (triple buffering)

There is a patch https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/1441 which introduces triple buffering. I don't think that is implemented on elementary OS, and Wayland is not usable at the moment with elementary OS, then this patch could be merged, as I speak for myself. What do you think?

UI lags, as you can see clearly. This is from eOS 6 RC.

Same situation on Intel graphics. On Nvidia drivers, it seems to work fine. Hardware: Intel® HD Graphics 520 (Skylake GT2) NVIDIA Corporation GM108M [GeForce 940MX]
