ElementaryOS 5.0 Juno, Music app can't open .m3u files

By default, .m3u files are opened with Music but they simply won't work. Here's a nice m3u playlist for testing Online Radios

"VLC" could handle it but "Music" should be able to play it. It seems to be a 5 years old issue https://bugs.launchpad.net/elementaryos/+bug/1308876

It's funny that even mpv palys m3u playlists created via io.elementary.music but the io.elementary.music can't handle it
