Installing gstreamer plugin ineffective until log out and in.

• Uninstall gstreamer-plugins-good.
• Try to play mp3 file
• Install plugin via the dialog that appears.
• Try to play mp3 file.
• Instead of playing, the dialog appears again despite the package having been successfully installed.
• Close and reopen Noise. Dialog still reappears.
• Log out and back. MP3 plays successfully.
