Add an option to folder context menu to 'Delete all' or 'Empty Folder'

Problem

Sometimes email start to pile up in some folders. When these emails are not really important (newsletters, not critical reports, etc.) and I want to get rid of them, the only way to do so at the moment is to delete them one by one. This can be really time consuming if there are many items to delete.

Proposal

Adding one or both of the options below to the email folder context menu (right click) will solve it:

  • Delete all: selecting this option will move all emails in the folder to Trash (similar to pressing Del key in Files).
  • Empty folder: selecting this option will permanently delete all emails in the folder. This action should ask for confirmation as emails will not be recoverable (similar to pressing Shift + Del keys in Files) .

On Trash folder, only the 'Empty folder' should be available.

Prior Art (Optional)
