Sometimes cannot delete/move-to-trash messages

What Happened

Select message and press Delete or Trash can icon, but nothing happens.

Expected Behavior

Message should be deleted and moved to trash.

Steps to Reproduce

I'm using IMAP account setup up in Mail app (not google-online-accounts). Sometimes selected message cannot be deleted. There is workarround that after switching folders it allows deleting messages. Its difficult to understand pattern here, but most likely issue will happen after fresh boot/wake and just opening mail app. It might be related to sync process, coz my guess is that it stucks in that process and blocks message deletions.
