Add the option to request read and/or delivery receipt for outgoing email

Problem

At the moment is not possible to request for read and/or delivery receipt for outgoing email sent from the Mail app.

Proposal

It would be very helpful to be able to request for read and/or delivery receipt for outgoing email sent from the Mail app.
