Custom Font Selection for Displaying Email

I took a quick look to see if this had been requested previously. Apologies if I missed it.

It would be nice to be able to set the email reading pane to a user specified font.

For example, if you wanted a non-proportional/monospaced font but did not want to affect the rest of the OS settings (seems like Mail uses the DE environment "Document Font" - at least comparing against the font pane in tweaks).

I don't know that there is a need to go down the rabbit hole of making all the fonts in the app adjustable but I think there is a valid point for the email display pane to be able to be set to a user selectable font.
