mail can't schedule calendar event in offline calendar.

When professional working, i get allot of emails with calendar invites, i would like to use calendar (native app) for it. but now i can't because calendar doesn't support exchange and the emails i get i can't auto accept into calendar.

Here you can see how outlook app is doing it. Just need a way to accept calendar events and put them in the native calendar app. Via dbus.

IMO this missing feature currently prevents a serious use for a work environment. The possibility to create and accept invites would be great. Currently I use Thunderbird solely because I miss this feature from the default mail and calendar apps.
