Spell checker doesn't respect system language

Hello, It seams that we cannot choose the language dictionary of the spell checker ? My OS is in French but in Mail the spell checker is in english. Thanks.

Most of my emails are written in either Dutch, English (GB) or Spanish. Having Mail only check spelling for English is quite frustrating.
