Device recommendation grid is not screen reader accessible

What Happened?

On the Check view, if the device specs are below the recommended values, the grid of device specs is not read out in any intelligible way

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on the screen reader
2. run installer in test mode
3. on the check view, try to read the recommended specs item

Expected Behavior

We should either label this completely manually or maybe use a column view widget or something to make it so that we're reading something in an order that makes some kind of sense
