  • If my system is slow i want to do a System refresh like in Windows

This has actually already been implemented in Pop!_OS and is available via the recovery partition: https://github.com/pop-os/installer/pull/172 . https://github.com/pop-os/upgrade/pull/71 will make the feature accessible from the user session.
