Set the correct timezone/location

Since "every install is an OEM install", we don't presume that we are in the same location as where the installation was performed.

Perhaps we should ask for permission to use location services prior to this step and skip it if possible?

@danrabbit location services is pretty much out since we aren't likely to have network, unless you also want to add connecting to a network to this flow. :smile:
