You get one chance to get your wifi password correct in initial setup

What Happened?

I mistyped my WIFI password during initial setup, and it failed to connect, as expected. However, I could not open wifi settings to change the password. Luckily I had a workaround, I used a backup wifi, and once the operating system was fully installed, I was able to open wifi settings and fix the issue."

This happened on my Starlabs, Starlite tablet on first boot with the elementary image provided by OEM.

Steps to Reproduce

1. buy Starlab Starlite tablet MK V
2. Plug it in and turn it on, follow instructions on screen until you get to the network section
3. Using the wifi menu, select your wifi network, and enter in an incorrect password
4. after watching the spinner spin continuously non-stop, click the same wifi network again

Expected Behavior

I expect to show me a "network settings" option so I can change my password.
