Select default session based on a11y settings

Problem

A number of folks have reported a much better experience with Wayland in terms of performance and bugs, but we still default to X11 primarily for compatibility with a11y settings

Proposal

During initial setup we could check to see if a11y tools like the screen reader or on screen keyboard are being used and choose to default to X11 or Wayland based on that usage
