RPI install won't get through "create an account screen"

What Happened?

I've tried installing Elementary 4 times, on two different Pi-4's, also using a sd card as well as an ssd. I have also tried older images. All efforts net the same result. When I get to the "create an account" screen, I"m getting an error regarding the device name I select. Please see the attached image. Image
