Downloads Folder Icon Should Be Blue for Consistency

I don’t know the reasons why the downloads folder icon (folder-download in 16 and 24px) in the side-bar of Files is green, so feel free to close this issue if there was a conscious decision for making it that as opposed to blue.

However, I think it should be blue and not green to be consistent, as the colour used for downloads in other applications and on the website is blue.
