App icons aren't centered at larger sizes
What Happened?
App icons aren't centered at >= 48px. This was done intentionally once upon a time because we had this idea of app icons sitting on a shelf, but this causes more problems with alignment now and we no longer have a shelf of a dock
Steps to Reproduce
Look at icons 48px and above and see they aren't centered vertically on the canvas
Expected Behavior
We should move app icons so that they are vertically centered
