Pulse uses the icon name audio-card-usb for USB audio interface devices, but we only supply audio-card

Proposal

Create an icon representing a generic USB audio interface like the ones many podcasters etc use

Hey @DanielTolentino thanks for looking at this. If you have a proposal could you open a new pull request please? Also keep in mind that the icons here are hinted to size and the display size in System Settings where this will be used is 32px
