AppCenter stops working after uninstall

Open sapoturge opened this issue 3 years ago • 3 comments

Prerequisites

  • [X] I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates.

Describe the bug

I was having issues with getting my app Froggum to pass the automated submission tests, since AppCenter didn't create issues on my repository. As an attempt to fix that, I uninstalled and reinstalled AppCenter to my Github account. It now refuses to acknowledge that it has access to any apps, even though I've given it access through Github to two.

To Reproduce

(Note: not recommended)

  1. Submit at least one app for release through AppCenter.
  2. Uninstall AppCenter from your Github account.
  3. Reinstall AppCenter to your Github account.

Expected behavior

Reinstalling AppCenter should have the same effect as installing it the first time: add apps to the dashboard and allow them to be submitted for review.

Additional context

Uninstalling and reinstalling worked fine a couple months ago after I changed my username but before I released an app.

@sapoturge Did you log out and back in after installing the integration again?

Yes. It still doesn't show anything.

Apparently I didn't search well enough for duplicates: This is probably the same as #799 .
