Filter newest released from newest updated endpoint

Newest updated apps should exclude newest released apps, which will make the carousel Dan's making even better.

I'd like to note that this might only be a problem because we have so few apps in the store right now. This might not be a noticeable problem with 100 apps. So it's probably very low priority.

Do we want to filter out apps on AppCenter? We could make it so we hide releases that are already installed locally.
