For reviewers to be able to see all apps that have been published to AppCenter.

Technically you can just use the appstream subdomain

I mean yeah, but if we're going to be adding functionality like #433, we'll need this in the UI for reviewers :stuck_out_tongue:. It also lets us have much more convenient links to things like the repo accessible after a release has been approved.
