Change from .apphub to...?

Since we're not using the AppHub name, we should change the filename. We could go more generic like .elementary to allow for a store name change down the road.

Since the plan is to switch to doing additions through GitHub's new API, the .apphub file actually doesn't do anything anymore. So this probably can be closed as a dupe of #226

afaik the file still sets up variables like name of issue label, suggested-price, etc.
