Welcome Screen link does not lead anywhere
What Happened?
The “welcome screen” link(s) on https://github.com/elementary/hig/blob/master/user-workflow/first-launch-experience.md do not lead anywhere.
Steps to Reproduce
Click on the link.
Expected Behavior
It should lead somewhere that tells you what’s expected of a welcome screen.

In addition to adding content for it, it would be useful to have links between the HIG and examples of implementations (so that we don’t create/perpetuate an artificial designer/developer division and make it easy for designer/developers to jump from guidelines to code and back).
e.g., The welcome screen section could link to the example of a welcome screen as presented in the Granite Demo (https://github.com/elementary/granite/blob/master/demo/Views/WelcomeView.vala)
