Notifications appear on the wrong side

What Happened?

Notifications appear on the left side of the screen when using LTR text in the Lock Screen and installer session

Steps to Reproduce

Run the latest OS 8 daily or RC. See that when the network connect notification appears it’s on the wrong side of the screen

Expected Behavior

Notifications should appear on the right on LTR text layouts

8.x (Early Access)

Session Type

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
