Greeter compositor draws blue screen in installer session

What Happened?

In the installer session we get the default wallpaper until the installer window pops up and then it draws a blue screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Boot an OS 8 daily
2. Wait for the installer to appear
3. Background turns blue

Expected Behavior

We should either show the grey background as before or the blurred wallpaper
