Clock color doesn't adjust for light/dark wallpaper

What Happened?

The clock is always white whether or not that is best for contrast with the background

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set a bright wallpaper like the yellow flower by Martin Adams
2. See that the clock is still white and hard to read

Expected Behavior

Clock should probably match the panel text color
