Configuring the refresh-rate of LightDM?
I have a 144Hz monitor, and I'm experiencing what one might describe as a slight nuisance whenever I turn on my computer and enter LightDM.
My current refresh-rate in LightDM is 60Hz, and the mouse sensitivity is not set to what I'm normally used to and what I'd like it to be. This means that every time I log in, the monitor goes black for about three seconds to switch its refresh-rate from 60 to 144 (and vice versa when I log out).
Because of this, I'd like to know if there is a way for me to change the refresh-rate in LightDM to 144Hz, and also if there is a way to change the mouse sensitivity.
As per #404 there is currently no interface to configure this, but you can copy the configuration of your session to a system-wide configuration file:
sudo cp $HOME/.config/monitors.xml /etc/xdg/

I have also tried that and it didn't work. There is no connection between the lockscreen and the UI. I have set my display to 1440p, made some adjustments to make everything look normal, and the locks screen just got too small.
