two required login mechanisms do not work (unix, otp)

Using pam_google_authenticator and pam_unix with both set to required the login fails. I attached the lightdm.log from the pantheon-greeter.

I don't have Freya running but from looking at the code in trunk i strongly assume that it does not work.
