More "list"-ey view-list-symbolic

Problem

Currently view-list-symbolic shows three lines it can be confused with Adwaita "open-menu-symbolic" and common hamburger menus

it also only conveys a list view in the context of elementary files, where users understand the horizontal lines for files, but in other apps, there is no indication it is about a list - it looks like a wall of text

Proposal

an icon that is more appropriate for bullet lists/other contexts. It can be named differently, or Files can provide its own icon for its listview
