Icons: update password entry icons

• Use new icon names. You can verify by inspecting password entry
• Use a lined style instead of filled style like other icons
• Add PasswordEntry to Demo

new icons won't show in the demo because they're overwritten by theme icons. We'll want to drop those in the next breaking icons release since they're not fd.o
