Graphic glitch when resizing windows

What Happened

I have a issue with screen resizing where there is weird graphic glitch when a window is resized with pointer or with keyboard shortcut to tile it in both sides.Vs code get this glitch only if the title bar is set to default elementary style if it is changed it works good.

Expected Behavior

I expect the performance to be good and smooth overall i had smoother animations in wayland in gnome

Steps to Reproduce

1.open a window 2.resize it or tile it to left or right

*elementary OS 5.1.7 *intel i5 8250u intel uhd graphics 620

Confirm it. Similar behavior reproduced on elementary OS 5.1.7. Intel i5-8265u, UHD 620

Confirm it. Have the same issue on my Dell XPS 13 on elementary OS 5.1.7. Running an intel i7 8th Gen.

Didn't have the same issue running Manjaro Gnome on xorg
