Don't spread in multitasking view unless there are stacking windows

If a workspace only contains a maximized window or tiled windows, the window spread will make their preview smaller. We should make sure that we only spread/resize previews if there are windows which are stacked on top of each other

If I remember correctly I think this is what both macOS and KDE Plasma do.
