New Locking Behavior

Was told to open this after a discussion with @davidmhewitt regarding lock behavior with Gala's new built in screen locking functionality replacing light-locker.

There seems to be a consensus that locking should now go to a blank screen (power saving mode) and require a keypress to wake, if I am understanding correctly.

Another option to explore would be a whole new screen, similar to the lock screen displayed by Android phones. This would probably be a project in itself however, and encompasses many options as far as what would be displayed. But it's probably better for user experience than a blank screen.

The third and from what I gather least popular option is the old way, go straight to the greeter. Personally I prefer this because it's simple, fast and intuitive. But apparently it may have some associated bugs.

you lock the computer when you leave it. you don't need anything displayed then. the screen should go off

so i think the current behavior makes sense
