Maximize window shortcut is not grouped with window controls

Right now, you do super + up to maximize a window, but super + left and super + right switch workspaces. You also use ctrl + super + left and ctrl + super + right to left and right tile a window. This seems weird as ctrl + super does window management and super does workspace management.

We should switch the super + up shortcut to ctrl + super + up to match other window management.
