Restoring incorrect size on monitor with 2x scaling

What Happened?

We have a second monitor, with 200% scaling When a window is restored on it, it doubles in size compared to the one it had when closed

Steps to Reproduce

Have a monitor 2 (not primary) with 200% scaling Resize Music smallest you can on it close Music Reboot, to be sure Open Music Bigger than before

Expected Behavior

size is restored correctly
