Remember the position of windows before tiling.

Problem

Currently, elementary OS remembers the position of 'current' windows. In this setting, if a window is tiled and we open another window of the same window, it takes the window size and position of the tiled window, but the new window is not tiled automatically. This is an annoying behavior.

Proposal

Remember the window position before tiling. In other words, we can discard to remember the window positions if they are tiled. We can also do this to the maximized windows.
