Alt + Tab switcher rendered at incorrect scale

What Happened?

The alt+tab switcher seems to be rendered at 2x size, but 1x scale on HiDPI:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run HiDPI
2. Alt + Tab
3. See that lines are thin and border radii are small

Expected Behavior

Strokes and border radii should be scaled 2x, not just resized

Icons should also use the correct scale and not just a larger size
